Pratikar (प्रतिकार) means “remedy” and that’s exactly what I aim to deliver in the world of cybersecurity.
I started my journey in 2009 cleaning viruses from home computers. Back then, security was mostly about fixing infected PCs and formatting Windows. But I kept pushing—learning, evolving, and gradually shifting from desktop protection to network defense, server hardening, and finally, web application security.
Today, I work full-time as a Software Engineer at GoDaddy, building AI-based security systems. I’ve moved from cleaning up infections to building tools that prevent them in the first place.
That said, Pratikar is still active – it’s my way of staying connected with individuals and small businesses who need hands-on, no-fluff security advice or help. While I work full-time, I occasionally take on select consulting or freelance projects, especially those that align with my core strengths.
